Ambika Palace ‘A’ CHSL
Comprehensive structural repair and strengthening for a cooperative housing society with ageing RCC elements and visible distress in common areas.

Challenge
The society reported leakage, spalling concrete, and corrosion in balcony edges and podium-level beams. An earlier patch repair approach had failed to address root causes.
Approach
G.K.S conducted a structural health assessment, mapped distress zones, and prepared a phased repair methodology covering RCC restoration, injection grouting, and protective coatings. Execution was planned to limit disruption to residents.
Outcome
Structural defects were stabilised, waterproofing performance improved, and the society received documentation suitable for ongoing maintenance planning and audit compliance.
